KIP'S HOUSE
Kip's house has a large deck and it overlooks the lake. In the living room there is a three-sided fireplace that seperates the living room/dining room from the kitchen. There are 4 bedroom and the house will sleep 10 people.
There is a full kitchen with an island, which has most of what you need for cooking (Kip is an avid cook, so the kitchen is well appointed).
The back yard extends for 5 wooded acres with a safe 800 ft. buffer from the highway. That, combined with the lake's gradual slope provides a great environment for children. The front yard has two swings, a fire pit, a tether ball court. These, and a volleyball net in the water, provide many activities for your family.
The living room has a complete entertainment center, including a DVD and VCR. A twelve foot door wall opens to the lake giving you a great view directly North.
There are 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, and a main bedroom with a bunk bed and 2 single beds. Please note, linens and towels are not supplied.
